How to complain
Email complaints@lightmorphic.com. Include the page or short link involved, what happened, and what you'd like done about it. A person reads every message - there's no automated triage and no ticket maze.
Reporting an abusive link
If a 2to.uk short link points somewhere illegal, or is being used for phishing, malware or fraud, report it to the same address with the short link and a line about where it leads. Links that break our terms are removed quickly.
What happens next
You'll get a reply from a real person within a few working days - usually sooner. If you're not happy with the outcome, reply and say so, and it gets a second look.
